Applications for the UniLaSalle "Food as Medicine" summer program will close on February 6, 2026. 

The dates for this program are June 9 - July 10, 2026.

This is an intensive, interdisciplinary program exploring the profound impact of cuisine on adults with chronic conditions. This program combines culinary workshops, enlightening lectures, and inspiring field visits that will showcase the remarkable power of food to change lives. The program will take place on the Beauvais campus, which is about an hour away from Paris!
