Question: Tell me about a time you had to work closely with someone whose personality was different from you.

Response: During my semester abroad in Greece, I collaborated on a group project with Greek and American students. We had to develop a business model for a startup company that would be successful in Greek culture and the Mediterranean economy. This project challenged me to communicate effectively with someone from a different culture, as well as recognize the differences between a business in Greece vs. the US. As a result, I adapted to the Greek way of thinking, and we ended up with a better project overall.
