Scholarships and Funding Opportunities
CALS Study Abroad Scholarship
The College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS) offers scholarships to help support student's international experiences. Undergraduate students majoring in any academic area within the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences participating in any ISU approved study abroad program for credit are eligible to apply.
By applying for a CALS Study Abroad Scholarship, students are considered for multiple scholarship awards. Review the full list of scholarships offered by the CALS Study Abroad office.
Application deadlines are:
- November 1 for spring programs
- March 1 for summer programs
- May 1 for fall programs
- May 1 for academic year programs
CALS Passport Scholarship
If you are a student in the College of Agriculture & Life Sciences and you have applied for a study abroad program, you are eligible for a scholarship that will reimburse you for the cost of your first passport. Bring your new passport to 0018 Curtiss to claim your scholarship.
Please note: This is only for first-time travelers, not for passport renewals. Students who have had a minor passport (under the age of 18) are not eligible for a passport reimbursement.
